DRESS CODE

Brugada’s standard is dress to impress. Grown and classy.
•No outdoor attire
•No Athletic or Sportsware (Men no tank tops)
•No torn or loosely fit clothing
•No flip flops or sunglasses
•No clothing with lewd or obscene phrases, drawings, or symbols
•Baseball hats must be worn properly (Straight forward or backward)

RESERVATION POLICIES

For reservation parties, Brugada confirms event size, reservation time, allergies and dietary restrictions with prior notice that adheres to our reservation policy. We will contact you via phone or email before your reservation date – please feel free to return our call at your earliest convenience to finalize and confirm your reservations. However, if the reservation is not confirmed prior to your actual event date, Brugada reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Brugada also requires a valid credit card number and ID to hold the reservation, which is taken at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no fee charged to this credit card number EXCEPT IN THE FOLLOWING INSTANCES:

– Large party (10+) reservation down payments are nonrefundable if reservation is NOT cancelled within 24 hour notice and area will be given away.

– Parties 5 -10 with no show an hour after scheduled time for the event, table/reservation area will be given away without refund. 

THE FOLLOWING FORMS OF CONDUCT BELOW ARE NOT ALLOWED UPON THE PREMISES OF BRUGADA BAR AND LOUNGE.

Verbally Abusive or Offensive Language
Verbally abusive or offensive language directed toward anyone, to include patrons, staff members, owners, or others is not permitted.

Inappropriate or Abusive Behavior
Inappropriate or abusive behavior is not permitted. This includes: uninvited physical contact, solicitation, harassment, vandalism, theft, violence, use of fake/false identification, underage drinking (Under 21), providing alcohol to those under the allowed age (Under 21), possession of illegal substances/items, or any other illegal or offensive conduct.
